OTOH, it would be folly, even risky, to forget the past. like how juan ponce enrile made the list of media people to be arrested, and he now touts his son as a bright young star of RP politics; how PFM embargo'ed business enterprises owned by political opponents, and now his son bongbong struts around like nobody's business...

sound like all politicians do that... even today. "whole world"

Move on but never forget the past. One of the reasons why we have crooks in Gov't. today is because the people easily forget.

it would be pure insult to say 'move on' to the relatives and love ones of more or less 900 people still missing from forced disappearances. these are individuals still unaccounted for. and no one has gone to jail for these disappearances.

without any closure, without any resolution, you cannot blame them if year after year, even if four long decades have past, these people will still try to disturb our blissful apathetic stupor with old tales of torture, sorrow, fear, loss and anger.

without giving them anything about the whereabouts of the desaparecidos, without giving them the justice that they seek, who are we to tell them to 'move on'?

Answer sa Poll: The Philippines is never better off with Marcos.

    1935 Constitution
Ani man gud, after nato na independent sa gkan sa mga foreigner (Americans) naa tay constitution gibuhat. The 1935 Constitution, this one was the product of the hardwork sa atong mga ngilngig nga mga leaders, and this constitution was patterned gikan sa constitution sa US, it worked will for us, kay naa man pud ta "guidance" sa US ato nga time, mao nindot kaayo ang dagan sa atong economy.

Pagtermino na ni Marcos nag start pagka 1965, this is 30 years gkan sa 1935 Constitution, growing and robust pa kaayo ang economiya nato, meaning nindot kaayo ang dagan gihapon sa economiya. Any President at this time nga moserve tungod sa growing economy for sure nindot gihapon ang dagan sa iyang Presidency kay positive man ang outlook sa mga tawo sa economiya.

Karon unsay gibuhat ni Marcos kay mo end naman ang iyang termino unya dili man siya ganahan mo sunod sa atong pamalaud gusto man siya mo remain sa power. (Kani palang daan shows a sign of gross defiance sa atong mga pamalaud, mismo siya dili motuman).

More on this, ang pagpa approve pa gyud niya sa iyang 1973 Constitution, kahibalo mo ug kinsay nagbutar ato? Mga 15 year old ug mga tawo nga wala man gani pakialam ug nahibalo-an sa panghitabo sa Pilipinas.

    1973 Constitution

Ang People Power is a power to exercise Democracy, dili ba diay mo ganahan ug democracy?

Other countries are revolting ug mag civil war paman gani para lang maka attain ug democracy.

By the way kaning 1973 Constitution is dili na mao ang ato karon gigamit, gi change ug gi correct nani sa time ni Cory.

Ang atong Constitution karon is 1987 Constitution which heavily protects the rights of the people.

    Thanks.. ^_^
