    Last night na koy nakita sa gym, dako kaau na laki nya murag 1/16th and ROM sa squat.. ambot.. basin idol si branch warren, pero bisan si Branch Warren mag full squat man gani, sa bench ra ug uban mag partials.. !
    hahahahah basin mkaya ko 1/16th and ROM sa squat at 400+lbs!!! but i dunno what gud will it make..

    CnJ - 90kg 3x2

    9/10/12

    Squat- 130x5, 170x3, 210x2, 230x1, 265 5x3

    Press- up to 130 5x3

    DB Row- 80 per 5x5

    Back extension- 3x15
    Side bends- +60lb 3x15
    Leg raises- 3x10
    Face pull- 80lb 3x10

    9/14/12

    Squat- up to 290 1x3

    Push Press- up to 155 5x3

    Deadlift- up to 300 1x5

    db curl- 30lb 3x10

    Where ka mag strength training bai? I'm looking for a gym so I can do StrongLifts 5x5 (beginner). Nindot unta kung naa power rack or kanang naay spotters (who knows strength training).
