Need suggestion 4 LOW POWER CONSUMPTION gaming pc build

need ko advice to make a gaming pc nga friendly sa veco. dli na kaau ko swito unsay nindot ron and im sure naay mga istoryans nga maau ani. i prefer parts nga naa ra sa cebu para dali ra ma porma nko
My procie right now is q6600.

Budget: 10-15k (if pde ma lower pa jd, mao na ako gusto)
Purpose: low power consumption gaming pc na dli ko maholdup sa veco
Games: nba,batman,dota2 mga ingon ana ra dli katong heavy jd like BF3

I need the following parts:
CPU:
MOBO:
Mem:

Optional parts:
VC: (if kaigo pa sa budget naa koy vcard ron gtx460) <---need ko advise pod ani coz d ko sure if frendly ni akong vcard ron hehe
PSU: (naa ko fsp na psu but im not sure if mo matter na in order to build a very low power cosumption pc)
HDD: ( ssd? unsay nindot? naa nko 1.5 tb nga hd dri. 1tb and 500gb)

no plans of oc.ing kay basin mo taas ra ako kuryente.. ngita kog build na mo last long nko and dli ko magmahay

^^ i think any H61 based mobo will do unya core i3 nga 2nd gen... RAM, maski unsa barato ra bitaw kaayo ang RAM ron...

as for the video card, kusog2x gyud na sa kurynete ang gtx460 so i strongly suggest ibaligya na nimo unya palit kag gtx650...

PSU ok pa na... daghan na kaayo kag HDD, keep only 1 as much as possible, you'll save a few watts out of it. himua nalang ng external ang uban or ibaligya sad pang add sa funds nimo for a much better proc/mobo...

RAM: Kingston HyperX 1x4gb 1600mhz = 1.2k

VC: sell your gtx460 dugang ka gamay and get a brand new Sapphire Vapor X 7770..

If your goal is to save electricity, aside from choosing energy efficient components, the best thing you can do is turn off the pc when not in use and use a power strip to cut power to your Pc components. Avoid phantom load and individually turn on and off your devices (printer, cpu, speakers, monitor) etc. as needed.

3rd gen na nga core i3... unsa nga specific mobo imo na identify na? check nato kung supported niya ang kana nga proc... kung 2nd gen nga core i3, sure ko supported na sa H61 based nga mobo... 2nd and 3rd gen should be pin compatible though, just need to check with the mobo itself if it supports it as BIOS update may be needed if ever...
