you can post already in the B and S section. you already have more than 30 posts. about the change of status from Newbie to Junior Member you still have to post more. but eventually, you'll reach there.

or if gusto ka imong pic gyud na gusto ang ibutang sa thread, e upload sa imageshack or photobucket, or any picture file hosting sites, same process, copy the image url...
