    Default smartbro canopy installation


    mga bro, I am having a problem with my smatrbro canopy. After i transferred my smartbro canopy into another location i can't connect to the internet anymore. There is a yellow color icon in the lower right of my screen in LAN area which states "limited connectivity". Is there a need for me to configure or this is just a matter of poor positioning that results to a no signal? Do i need to contact the smartbro technical support to solve this? Thanks

    bro contact jud ka ana ug technical support...kay dili man ta kaboot2x ug balhin ana gud..then kailangan sad ma testingan iyaha connection...pero i try lang ug configure balik..

    same problem tau brad...i think d prob is a lose contact sa utp cable ng smart canopy..dahil in my case medyo nahila kong maxado ung cable...

    bro lantawa jud ug asa ang tower sa smart kong matunog na siya brod kay maka connect jud ka, mura wala na na turong ang position sa imong canopy brod.

    nakasuway ko ug balhin sa canopy sa lain location, e atubang lang kung asa naka atubang atung last na position sa canopy, then inig open nimu ug browser mugawas man smart bro na page, murag e input ra ang imung account # bai. kung x ang connection sa imung lan sa computer na ibut ra ang connection sa imung canopy, ablihi lang ang lubot sa imung canopy then e taud ug balik.

    mas better kung mu-call ka sa ila customer support para ma guidan ka T.S.

    pero kong mo call ka brod, mura 2k ang charge ana kong mo balhin ka ug location, kay mahal ay na ilang charge oi.

    what do you mean transfer to another location? you mean relocation of your service? from one address to another? OR just repositioning the canopy from original position? from one side of the roof to another?

    thanks, i failed to notice the date when this thread was created.


    However, this thread will be helpful for others who have the same problem. Answers are greatly appreciated. I will be relocating my subscription from Cebu City to Lapu Lapu City that's why i'm interested in this thread.
