The Real Bod Boy, Ron Artest, had been arrested due to domestic violence and would be excused indefinitely from the team...
i would like to call it the Pierce effect. boston has been winning games since paul pierce returned from his injury. paul pierce is averaging 25.4 ppg, 6.4 rpg, 4.1 apg. it seems the whole boston team is revolving around him. delonte west (11.7 ppg, 4.6 apg), al jefferson (14.9 ppg, 11,1 rpg) and ryan gomes (12.2 ppg, 5.8 rpg) are playing an exemplary season too.. if they get high in the draft and get a quality rookie, i'd expect them to be back in the east top 8 next season. provided that they won't give pierce away.Originally Posted by lunateec22

lets go MAVS...
how true is it na REGGIE MILLER will play for the MAVS?!
double overtime man ganina sa lakers vs. wolves ... pildi pa gyud ang lakers.hehehhe.
dallas 102, new jersey 89--the mavericks won their franchise-record 16 straight wins and became the first nba team to win 51 games in a 56-game span. they're now running after chicago's 72-10. its definitely within their reach. dirk for MVP!!
san antonio 99, portland 94--the spurs are on a run on their own, winning their 10th straight game. ginobili is a man on a mission again.
southwest division is definitely wild. dallas and san antonio belong to the southwest and both are on the run.
denver 106, new orleans 91--finally, nuggets won convincingly.. damn!! hornets lost again! . chris paul 14 points, 13 assists and tyson chandler 15 points and 18 rebounds went to waste..
The answer is NO. Avery Johnson and owner Mark Cuban dismissed the idea of getting Reggie Miller.Originally Posted by choy_bok

Despite the dynamic duo, the Denver Nuggets have become stale, and George Karl might do something radical about it.
Unhappy with the play and attitude of Carmelo Anthony, the coach has considered benching his star, according to a report in the Denver Post.
I think naglisod na jd si Melo ug adjust pag-abot ni Iverson, nabali na nuon.
SACRAMENTO
Artest was arrested Monday after a woman inside his home in a Sacramento suburb called 911 and said she had been assaulted.
"Victim sustained visible trauma after being repeatedly grabbed by Artest and pushed to the floor," said the Placer County Sheriff's Department report. "Artest then slapped victim's face (and) by use of force prevented victim from leaving." - www.speed.pointroll.com
The Kings are currently in turmoil but Kevin Martin remains bright with his performances. For the Kings to refresh - rebuild.
NEW ORLEANS
Hornets head coach Byron Scott said if Chris "Birdman" Andersen, who was banned by the NBA for violating the league's anti-drug policy in January 2006, is cleared to return to the league, he would welcome him back to the club.
Andersen, who attended Sunday's game in Oklahoma City, can apply for reinstatement in January.
"If he is cleared by the NBA and everything, I would love to have Birdman back," Scott said. ". . . He was one of my favorites. He's very coachable and played as hard as anybody, and I would love to have him back."
The Birdman is back... that should give the Hornets a big boost down the middle.
CLEVELAND
Last month, LeBron James questioned Mike Brown's style of play and columnist Kevin Brewer suggests that he might even be trying to get the head coach of the Cavaliers fired.
"We don't get easy buckets," he said. "I don't get easy buckets like I used to. Easy buckets can always help. It doesn't hurt. At times, it's fun to get up and down and throw lobs. I've probably caught two lobs this year. That's a career low."
If madayon gani ug fire si Mike Brown, the Hawks should fire Mike Woodson and hire Brown in the offseason. Yey!!!
