    Take 25 to 30Ml honey,Lime and sugar with warm water with empty stomach in early
    in the morning. I am assure that this process will help you to reduce the weight.

    WOW! while u are trying to lose weight, im trying to be fat then ill loose weight... anywayz. dont drink soft drinks. dont eat rice. exercise of course. be a hard worker. have a balanced diet. that's all i have for now

    To reduce the weight from the body eat less and do workout daily if you can not do this then you can use hcg diet that is very useful for the weight and helps to make the body slim and smart...

    Eating less doesn't necessarily mean that you'll lose weight. Your body adjusts to your hunger. If you're stomach rumbles, it will slow down the metabolism in order to conserve energy. Obviously, a slow metabolism would result to easily gaining weight if you eat food.

    this "cud be" possible since as far as i know cabbage is a natural diuretic daw... so i think water weight na cguro ang ma lose since u cant really "lose" or "burn" 10lbs of adipose tissue or fat in 7 days...but water yes pwede jud kaau...im not sure if even the strongest fat incinerator DNP can do that in 7 days...
