nah, wa jud masuksukan akong box turt ky ang among balay wa pa jud mga gamit, pgkawala niya tanan doors sirado, maski ang kitchen cabinet sirado, nawa na jud sya, kapila na nko na habwa among balay wa jud.

mamaak man gud ang snapper bro nya carnivore pa jud, ganahan unta ko sa sulcata kay modako jud nya vegetarian, dako lang pd kaau price.heheh.)

Red or Pink Coloring on Shell or Skin

This coloring on the skin, on or between the scutes, on the carapace or on the plastron can be an indication of septicemia (blood poisoning). If your turtle has had a previous illness, infection, injury or improper habitat, it is possible that is has developed into septicemia. Consult a qualified veterinarian regarding appropriate testing and treatment.

Discolored Spots

Spots that are white or discolored can either be a bacterial infection, fungus, shell rot or mineral deposits. Bacterial and fungal infections can develop from a lack of water quality and inadequate basking. They can start in one particular area and gradually spread outward. These conditions are often contagious and your turtles would require separation during treatment. While there are off the shelf treatments available, you will likely need stronger and specific prescription medication.

Mineral deposits can form if you are using hard water. The excess minerals in the water build on the outer scutes. The development would affect all areas of the shell. If that area is still hard but lighter in color, it is possible a scute is beginning to shed. An air pocket forms under a scute, usually starting at the edges and gives it a golden appearance.

VET man jd tngali ang sunod dapat buhaton, bad news is wala ko kbaw if naa bai herp vet ang Cebu. Kbaw naka, pets=dogs/cats rman gud ang common dri.

Pwede mo mag search sa Google ug tambal on your own, and kamo nalang mangita sa pet stores if naa sila ana na tambal. D ko gnahan mu recommend ug maski unsa kai sayop palang, maunsa plang inyong turts.

Pero for now, I suggest lang jud replace the water sa inyong tank.

1. Tap water nato basin naay chlorine, so palit lng ug dechlorinator sa pet shops, naa na sa SM. Barato ra kaayo. If di mo mka kita ug dechlorinator, ipa standby lang ang water sa balde for 2 days. Mu disintegrate rman ang chlorine ana on its own.


2. Tanawa akong tank. It's not perfect, nor is it very attractive pero ingani ang ideal size and water level and setup for RES na ingani na size. Awa ni na link Luffy and Ninja turtle tank setup 2 - YouTube.

3. Things to note about sa water kai kung clean water gamiton ninyo, dli pud na 100% "healthy" for sea animals, apil na ani mga RES. Try to read about the basics anang "Nitrogen Cycle". Maka tabang jud if mka sabot mo ana, promise.

4. To stary the nitrogen cycle sa inyong tank, pag butang mog rocks (not pebbles kai matulon ra nila), decorations and maski unsa pa. Mao ni inyong future sources of "good bacteria". Pag start sa cycle is if malibang inyong turts and fishes, ug kung mu decay ang turtle food na inyong idrop sa inyong tank. Nice ni sa sugod. Once mag decay na ang feces ug food kai mu sugod ug produce ug NITRITES inyong tank. Toxic ni ang NITRITES para sa mga animals, mao ni reason ngano mamatay ang mga isda sa gamay na bowl. Don't worry, naay advantage ani nila.

5. Then if mka palit mo ug air stone or knang mag bula2x ug hangin sa tubig, palit pud mo ana. Barato ra na. 24 hours na pa bula2x kai oxygen will tabang ni ug grow sa "good bacteria". bro need jud butngan ug UVB ang tank or heat lamps?...unsa jud angay na tank para s mga RES nya asa sd ta mkapalit s ilang food?...

@sagoy: thanks sa info bro, luckily niwork ang anti bacterial/fungal nga drops na aq napalit sa pipers, nawa na ang spots, ug nibalik na sya swim2x sa water. anyways nice imu set up bro!

@reil: mao sd lgi bro, mamaak pero mas malingaw mn sd gud ko ug carnivore, nindut sd jud kaau ang sulcata di palng jud makaya sa budget.
