where do you guys learn bjj? i'm still trying to find a place to learn. as for the headaches, i say it's still getting used to rolling. or just drinking more than a liter of water per session

Para ma solve imong problema brad, pag inom nalang ug pain reliever.![]()
makes sense. Pintado...because its something new for me, i am tense all the time and i grit my teeth to muster all my strength and not breathe at all wen transitioning or maneuvering...and my technique is not smooth, if i have any technique at all. i think i rely too much on strength and explosiveness in trying to gain an advantage on my spar mate ( who is skinnier and smaller than me). i guess its something newbies go through. next tym i roll i will try to remember to breathe and stay relaxed. i made up my mind that next tym i will "only" try to survive the entire session without being submitted.
i will take a break from grappling for a while. i think my body underwent some shock, i am still feeling pain in my elbow. my recovery is so slow. maybe comes with age.
we are of the same age so dont say youre old!hahahaha! dont rush things, a submission will present itself. one has to learn the technical aspects of the game and the fluidity of motion prior to getting the tap. like what they always say, position before submission. sometimes ma excite lang jud ta to submit the opponent.
it took me 2 months before getting my first submission, a keylock. went that route before when i started out. I relied too much on strength that halfway through the sparring session that im already gassed out. my prof told me im like a v8 engine. great power but poor mileage.hahaha
it was kinda hell for me since my sparring mate was 6 feet tall and 320 pounds, im 220 pounds but i looked petite against my sparring mate.hehehe
asa mo practice? pwede katan-aw?
