Qualfon is not for me.. correct! coz when i applied, i was neglected. unlike you who have a good background and exprience with the company and until now dili maka move on... yaks! nakakadiri!

1. i said ang mga taw gawas Q nga bldg. why would you make it a big deal? why would i blame it to the bldg owner when in the 1st place ang mga taw nga nag.ali sa dalan ang issue? jusko kung mag.ali ang mga taw sa SM imong iblame si Henry Sy? What a logic.

2. wala ko maghinambog nga cp akong gamit.its just a justification why gamay akong gipost and i didnt enumerate the laysho items i have. kinsay nanghambog ron? samsung tab? LOL ayaw panghambog og samsung tab oi. "MGA" laptop huh?

3. again, im not from Q. clearly, im not even qualified. i am just reacting to people complaining about the issues. si insanitarium, browniies, hash etc. mas daghan og complains pero sige kag tira nako. as if naay weight imong statements. haha

if gikan jud ko sa Q i would admit and confess to justify the claims and all. ngano imo man jud ipamugos? Just for you to realize. Your logic and common sense are so poor. also,your statements are farfetched almost all the time. i can understand this though coz you are self employed and are not exposed or dont deal with intellectual conversation with different people.

Luoya aning Qualfon ui gikulata man diri. Anyway, mu share lang ko sa akong experience for almost one year nako nagwork diri.

I work here as a staff. Pero wala kaayo koy mga problema. Dako akong sweldo kaysa mga previous company nako (x3 to x4). One problem lang is kana rang mga ginagmay nga sayop sa payroll. Manual pa man gud na sila mao magkasayop sayop gyud. Then, I know na they are already working on this right now (Kahibaw kaayo ko ani). Then delay sa sweldo? I guess not. Diba ang naa sa contract kay every 10th and 25th of the month? So kung moabot ang sweldo ug 10th 8PM kay delay na diay na? Naanad lang gyud guro ta nga ang sweldo kay the day before mao maka ingon ta nga delay.

For management kay sige mo ug yawyaw nga bati ang management then why is Qualfon progressing so much? Nagparty pa man gane ang mga staffs last week kay successful kaayo ang company for this quarter.

Btw, naa pud diay gamayng pulitika ang management sa Qualfon. Hahaha.

@Cococrunch, I've read some your post naa gyud kay kalagot sa Qualfon. I don't know why. And sure ko bayot ka :P

huh? unsa diay akong mga kalagot sa Q? /? if u really did try to read everything i posted here you'd get my point. i also gave Q credits for the effort and giving jobs to cebuanos. most of the negative comment posted here I also tried to justify and gave advice what should be the appropriate resolution.
