Definitely not okay. Government officials are not allowed to received any form of gifts from any private individual and/or corporation since this kind of act is considered bribery. If you read the story Tomas was lobbying for Gleissner to become a Filipino citizen in 2009, the very same year he received the 2 vehicles. coincidence? i dont think so.
