YOGURT! It's delicious, filling and at the same time healthy. I noticed that it actually helps in keeps the pounds at bay when I regularly include it in my diet.
I will trade a pastry slice over yogurt any day, except maybe if its Chuchi's Apple Crumble or Banana Creme Pie from Leona's hehe. Yogurts are known to be excellent sources of calcium, phosphorus and protein (even more than milk due to the added cultures) so its good for energy and for keeping our bones strong. It also encourages the right kind of bacterial growth in your gut, thus it aids in digestion (ladies, that means less bloating and a feeling of lightness in the stomach hehe).  And it also boosts the immune system... 
   
So, try replacing some items in your diet with yogurt...
Use plain yogurt (preferrably sweeted one) as a salad dressing, add a few slices of green apple and grapes and nuts = Waldorf's Salad Use yogurt instead of ice cream/milk in your smoothies; use it as a dip instead of sour cream / cheese dip; use it for cooking to replace some cream recipes (i love it on my curry)...etc etc etc
Indulge without the guilt
