IT grad ko but ala na ko ni.focus sa programming pero naa ko talent gamay sa web development...ala nlng nako na focus kay ako job man gud more on technical..(hardware, networking, etc.)...

Well IT really has many fields. I'd say go for whatever you love most, but be sure to have at least the basic knowledge of the other fields. You'll never know when it might come handy

As for me, I fell in love with programming. Sadly in the "real world", most of our programming tasks goes into maintenance of legacy source codes. I was once in a company with a team that creates source codes from scratch. I kind of missed that.
