Server Stress. How to prevent this?

Nag maintain ko ug server so patabang ko kung unsaon paglikay sa server stress when my server is on 24/7.

dont worry bro....servers are design for 24/7 operations.......if your server can't keep up with that then you must buy a good one

@iratski - thanks bai but my server is on for almost 4years ma off lang ug mag preventive maintenance ko twice a year and mao nga paranoid ko gamay. hehehehe.

as a network administrator... time routine lang ...schedule mo. aron dili ka stress thats it.

ana jud ng server, if pwede di mapatay.

ang contra ra jud sa mga electronic parts is heat. so suggest jud ko nga sige bugnaw imo server room.
others even have humidifier para ma control pud ang humidity para daw prevent sa rust.

i assume na ka UPS pud ka... kanang SMART

btw, have a clean server room, dust free, to avoid dust build up sa mga components and room should also be static free.. UPS and other backup powers are very important incase of power loss.. backup once in a while incase maguba na jud ang server.. follow what joco_ph said.. hehe..

bai stealth, how do you keep a server room dust free? naa ko server room, door is always close. no windows but naa jud ng abog. murag gikan jud sa centralized nga aircon. ni agi siguro sa vent.

ang ako ra jud ma huna.huna.an is mag raise floor nya butang ka blower blowing up ... sakto ba ni? hehehe.

basta naa mo sud nga mag sayal, pukas jud. hehehe

I don't know bai joco kay wala man ko server room.. Pero kanang sa mga globe og smart server rooms kay clean room tawag nila. No dust, and if naa, minimal ra jud kaayo.. Anyways, dapat maglimpyu nalang siguro adlaw2x.. basin sa aircon pud mo-agi na ang dust sa imu.. I don't know how the americans did it, na grabe jud ka minimal sa dust ilahang environment, kay diri, perti man abuga even if maglimpyu adlaw2x..
