more likely, bisan physically fit naka, your body is still not accustomed sa conditioning as what mma players undergo. a mix of explosive strength and endurance is needed for the body to operate in the optimum level. basin wala lang gyud guro ka maanad pa. practice more lang sa technique as well sa imong explosive strength and conditioning.
strength, conditioning ug cardio na pang MMA ang e apil sa imo activity bro
hi! been doing bjj for almost 2 years, just get used to it bai....ako before when i was still new to the sport, after every roll, mulabad ko ulo pero mawala man dayon. If imoha dugay mawala, i suggest you consult a physician for your safety bro..
Thanks for the advise.my prime suspect is hypertension.. maybe mupalit ko ug BP apparatus ane para ma-monitor nako ako BP during practice. possible sad dehydration kay steady ang singot during practice.
next tym i roll i will try to keep calm. relying on my strength and explosiveness didnt work out for me, i was gassed out during the first few minutes...next tym i will conserve energy and try to survive with less effort. i think that is the BJJ way.
maybe you spaz out too much where your body is so tense the entire time you are rolling and you keep on holding your breath for too long to muscle out from any submission attempts from your sparring mate or while you try to break his guard.
BJJ was developed for the smaller guys to gain leverage against bigger opponents. strength only comes into play when both parties' skills are cancelling each other out.
