even now there are still a few that serve good salad in Cebu , last one I went to was so bland I didn't want to finish it with lettuce a bit wilted. It has to be crunch and bright , with a good mix of true dressing all around , not that ball of so called dressing cluttered in one place.

Personally I like Ricas , good balance of flavor and healthy veggies served

Question is , Do we really know what good salad is?

Very fresh produce , Lovely flavorful dressing all around , not too much and if with meat should be properly grilled or cooked properly and fresh!
