Default Business to go big time: Investors or Silent Partners?

I'm currrently in the process of going big with my business (or hope to do so). But I need capital. Should I try to find silent partners or investors? Or should I just get the money myself by starting small and building up? :O

and how much should the silent partners/investors get?

    depends on the business proposal..

is it a unique product or service??

    its there a competition already

will there be a demand for the product or service you intend to offer

if you dont have enough capital, go for partnership or corporation. and if you want to control the company, better to get the 51% share. in partnership/corp risks/profits are shared. unlike if you go solo, so tanan palpak imuha, pero tanang profits imuha sad... i can assist you in planning, registering and others.
