could be a front, the same situation happened when they(Chinese) tried to land on Russian claimed islands months back.. but why have joint naval activities if this wasn't the case? 60-75% of existing weaponry in China came from Russia, including jets, tanks, helicopters, ships(not to mention their first carrier), submarines(both nuclear powered and non-nuclear), to missiles.. Yes, Russia is a known supplier of weapons world wide but they appear to be too friendly with the Chinese..

thats my point why should they declare war if they know that they cant win even if they know that U.N is with us...even if they are powerful country nowadays its not enough for them to win..
