How do you teach the value of money to your kids?

nidaku pud ko na wala jud kaau wants. tihik mangud au amu family. no work no eat jud ang rule sa balay. maong naanad ko na dli himalit. we only have 2 teddy bears pagkabata which gishare namu sa ako 2 siblings. hehe now that i'm a parent na pud, ganahan pud ta ko na ako anak dli kaau gastador. she has a piggy bank na kugihan jud syag hulog ug coins. i told her to help mommy save for her birthday party later ds year.hehe i trained her na f u want sumthing u hav 2 workhard jud so she'l be rewarded someday. ang problem lang ky e-spoil sya sa iya dad ug grandparents pero since panagsa ra magkita ako gihapon ang boss. hehe
if naa mi sa malls, i set limits jud. if ang price 3 digits na, its for special ocasions na pwede mahatag.hehehe and its limited to 1 toy ra jud. i keep on telling her, we dont have plenty of money to spend on things that r not important. musunod man pud. be firm lang jud sa imu decision if ul say no. usahay maluoy baya ko since usa ra ako anak unya dli paku kahatag, but i kip n mind na its for her man pud. if u want ur kids to know d value of money, then show them how but setting a good example. ;B

very important for parents to teach their kids this one . not to hand it over on a silver platter and will instead teach them to value hardwork before perseverance and the money comes flowing...

dili i.spoiled ang bata. Nga kung unsa iyang ganahan ipapalit kay kinahanglan paliton gyud. Sa kung madala lang sa budget gd. hehe
