I believe there is enough preponderence of evidence regarding their numerous anomalies to deny Arroyo from leaving the country. I also believe our country has the adequate facilities and skilled doctors to treat her condition. If not, we can fly in specialists and their equipment.... basta Arroyo must stay on Philippine soil and answer for her actions.
