Naa sa manga bro, si Tobi mismo nag sulti na siya naghatag sa Rinnegan ni nagato. Limot ko unsa to na chapter lol. Ako lang ayaw pagdale dale sa Tobi=Obito. Obito's flashback doesn't necessarily mean na siya jud si Obito in mind and spirit (body/face/eye = yes); pede man pud na collective flashback to nila Gai ug Kakashi about the young Obito. Huwat lang jud ta ani explanation coming from Tobi himself (or Orochimaru/Sasuke) in the following chapters.

not sure if I read it somewhere too.. pero during the war kadtong gipatay ang parents ni nagato he was able to use his rennigan na. meaning, gakita na silang nagato ug tobi before pa ato? hmm..... masashiiiiii.....
