Some breeds, like Aussies, have naturally bobbed tail or born with tails but they need to be docked for a purpose. They can work better without a tail especially when herding.

European countries PROHIBIT docking tails and ear cropping because it is a form of animal cruelty.

yeah , some dogs tail may be cut off bec they can work better or they will look better and speciallyb for owners nga mu apil ug dog shows etc, they have teir standards to set
