I go for Duterte. Wish he is the president gane sa Philippines. Kay if he can transform Davao as much as he did for the past years up until now, there is a higher possibility he can very well do.
But he declined and very consistent. Bisan the former presidents before Pnoy had asked him he said, no. He is very honest to say he is not qualified now that is something. Ang uban pa kay implied man ang reply na dawaton nila if ever mapili-an pa demure lang og tinubagan para di obvious.

Duterte had been honest to say that he is not qualified because simply he cannot implement law. Much more to create confusion if he will head those law implementation agencies. His iron-fist style is 'good' for his city but can't be applied nationally.
