this for me i think is the result not only of our current government but also with what the previous government has done. though yeah, corrupt to but daghan sila nahimo to sustain a strong economy for the Philippines. when all other asian nations was down at that time, she made sure na strong gihapon ang philippines.
and about this current status of the philippines na gi news, actually my friend who's in the stocks exchange industry is happy of what's goin on now. so maybe there must be something that's going on.. hehehe...
if this is true then unta magpa dayon ni and dapat mo ubos na tawon ang gasolina oi... ^_^
It is fine being optimistic. But it is still better to be realistic:
For Philippines, window to growth seen
“....Where will economic growth come from? The first quarter is almost over, and I still have to see new and expanded activities that will bring new life to the P10-trillion economy. Pledges and plans don’t count, only real activities that move people, materials and technologies do,” Diokno explained."
The government needs more than press releases to improve the economy to a level that can be felt by majority who belong to the lower class.
So its the reason why we cannot Appreciate the Positive things?
As i said, Although positive ang economy wala nagpasabot nga datu nata, WE Should USE sa positive things para MASULBAD uban Problema sa economy nya MA STABLE atung Nasud.
the works of the great GMA....
The right connections - COMMONSENSE By Marichu A. Villanueva - The Philippine Star » News » OpinionIn order to get its way, Sumitomo has allegedly turned to its allies in the MRTC Board of Directors including Metro Pacific Investment Corp. (MPIC), its strategic local partner in the LRT Line 1 Cavite Extension Project. They hold 3 seats on the MRTC Board, and other MRTC Board members representing the Development Bank of the Philippines (DBP), who are composed mainly of holdover officials from the previous Arroyo administration dealing with Sumitomo.
Over the past decade, Sumitomo — through its sub-contractor TES Philippines — has also benefited from what appears to be overpriced variation orders and alleged “ghost” projects outside the scope of work in its maintenance contract entered into during the Arroyo administration.
