2. Installs the Superuser application, which supervises applications that are granted root or superuser rights.
3. Voids your warranty because rooting is tampering using a third-party software/application.

The reason i rooted my device is for me to delete bloatwares (useless pre-installed apps) so i could free-up some precious memory.
Also because of the fact that i can install powerful apps without restriction.
If you also want those things, your device must be rooted.
