Just wondering who else are into Blu-ray movies...
I wanted to start my BD collection since naka plit nku ug PS3 3 weeks ago ang problema lng kai medyo mahal2x pa jud ako sa unahon ug plit ang mga BD Games sa PS3 after sugdan nku ang BD movies!I was just wondering if duna pud dri nag sell ug mga 2nd hand nga mga BD Movies?
if you buy blu ray movies ba, need jud imo player kay for blu ray sad noh? coz we just bought a new LED TV and its 1080p, unfortunately most of my movies naa sa ako pc kay 720p ra, pero pag play nko sa TV, i liked what i saw kay clear jd kaau, so nka imagine lang ko what more kung 1080p na jd ang movie. this is why im asking about blu-ray dvd's and player.
I've got a bunch of 1080p HD-DVD discs I imported from Europe, but that format lost out to Blu-Ray. I'll get a BR player sometime soon, but not many places sell BR discs in Phils.
Cool. Start slowly lang. I used to sell, but na halin na. But Ill see what I can sell soon.
Yeah. Get the PS3, cuz even at the Blu-ray forums, they recommend it cuz its one of the cheapest, plus internet ready(for firmware). And even if youre not a gamer, think of it as an extra bonus.
Unless you've got a huge screen there's not a massive difference between 720p and 1080p in terms of quality, especially if you can upscale to 1080i. You may be better seeking out movies which were originally shot in 70mm or super 35 and have received good transfers. Some of the classics from the 70's look amazing on a nice TV....Patton is a good one and more recently Fear & Loathing in Las Vegas.
