I think this is a very important issue kay kita man guro tanan ganahan maka-balay ug atong kaugalingon.. at least, makahibaw ta unsay ipangutana ug ask for proper docs before mo-buy or loan for a house... some sort of a warning sad.. Hmmmm..

there are two arguments presented here:
PAG-IBIG -> GA was given the "window 1 privilege".. meaning a contract bet. PAG-IBIG and GA was agreed upon for the latter to be able to evaluate buyers/members and the former would just do a post-evaluation...
GA -> refuting that it was PAG-IBIG who approved those loans and not them
If what PAG-IBIG was saying is true, then they're out of their mind. Why would they create that kind of privilege? They're inciting the developers to commit unlawful acts like what is happening now with GA. SMH
