Fish Oil is very good. Available siya sa Rose Pharma.. I think P10-15 per tab, depending on the dosage. I took it because of dry eyes when wearing contact lenses. And it really helps a lot with my dry eye condition... I also put that on my face and it's very nice... For the face thingy, I won't recommend it kay basi dili ka hiyang, mag pimple niya ka... hehe.

I'm using the one in healthy options (1200mg) worth Php800. So far so good, it helps me be in a good mood.
