Chong Hua the best, naa daghan specialista... unlike Cebu Doc.. majority mga intern ang mo tabang nimo.. like sa nahitabo nko katong nag donate kog blod sa cebu doc.. almost 5times jud ko gi injectionan then ni ana ra ang nurse nga sir dili lang nko butangan og cotton ha kay makasab.an ko, mo gamay kuno iyang grades.. xD personal exp. rapud ni..

got bad experience in perpetual. ako aunt naglisod ginhawa gpahigdaw ra sa ER nya gpawait for more than an hour sige ra sila ingon kami sunod nya dugay pa jud d i. mao balhin mi sa chonghua. g atiman dayon siya.

chong hua pud ko ahakas perpetual pud naglisod kog ginhawa, sakit akong dughan giingnan rako na impossible daw ma heart attack - sayanga i didn't get that doctor's name. gikan didto niadto intawn kong aventus sa i.t. park mas nakaidentify pa ang doctor didto sa reason sa lisod nakog ginhawa.

if you're talking about hospital with best facility, then probably Chong Hua. but if you're talking about hospitals with good doctors/staff etc then that is very subjective
