Traffic going to southern part of Cebu

I exprienced traffic in rotunda of carcar city last saturday afternoon. Passengers that had tried to pass on that area could be irritated to these trisikad or tricycle drivers that would took their turn to get first on the lane. Private car drivers were careful enough to take the road because trisikad and tricycle made the rotunda traffic especially on the rush hours.

I think solutions would take into actions if the local goverment has implemented ordinance to minimize traffic during those busy time. and also, drivers should have discipline at all times in passing on rotunda to create smooth and safety trip going to different destinations in the southern part of cebu.

Dli na kinahanglan ug bag o nga Ordinace desiplina ra jud ug strick enforcement sa Traffic Laws ang solution apan sad to say sa mga Municipality dli lang sa Carcar kungdi sa uban pud nga lungsod mao ni wala........

Yes, i've observed that, as i have been always lately in carcar..not only tricikad and trycicle but also habal2x which are common way of transportation where there are no public jeepneys aside from the national road. i think drivers of these kind of transportation should also observe discipline/road courtesy even if there are no traffic enforcers present around to manage the traffic..carcar's national road is going busy now, my observation.

Samuk man jud na dhang lugara oi. maghilak ang adlaw nga dli traffic dha. I've been there for many years na pero wa may kausaban hantod na himu nalang na CITY ang car2x wa japon. ambot ang.. hay naku.

the solution is not to allow the trisikad driver to thrive in he rotunda in car-car.

naa ba sila ordinance ana? if wala, mas paburan gyud sa mayor ang mga drivers ky voters man na nya, basin unya ug sa kaatbang mo vote. ang mga pasahero ug mga motorista ky lumalabay lamang.
