Mahal ra ang 17k? Mura man pud mo la naanad presyo sa Asus
, naay Palit Jetstream ug Inno3d 14k+. Suggested retail price sa 660Ti "reference" kay 300 USD. Palit Jetstream at 330 USD ( which is about 14k if converted to peso) + tax daun.

^^ mahal ra ang uban para nako bai sempron kay ang asking price sa mga GTX 660 Ti nga non-reference parehas raman sa Palit Jetstream which is $330.
mao natingala gyud ko ngano sobra ka mahal ang uban diri, if Palit can price (locally) more or less the same sa global SRP, then why can't the other brands do the same dba?
i think it's more on the distro taking advantage of the situation knowing nga sikat kaayo sila (Asus, MSI, etc...) locally or maybe it could be taxes thingy nga mas mahal ila compared to Palit... but i don't know, i think it's more of the former...

Yup mao na nakaingon ko ngano matingala pa mo sa Asus as discussed sa previous page nga tan-awon nato ila GTX 670 ug GTX 680 pareha ra ug trend sa pricing. Asus GTX 670 DCU II for example is currently priced at 21.8k. A Zotac/Palit non-reference cost about 18.6k. So more or less 3k add. Same sa Asus GTX 660 Ti DCU II at 17k kumpara nato sa Palit GTX 660TI at 14.6k.
La ta kabalo basin mahal jud ang kuha sa distro from manufacturer. Pero sakto pud nga di nato malikayan makahuna2 nga abi ug premium kunohay nga brand tatakan daun ug premium nga price.Last edited by Sempron Guy; 08-20-2012 at 02:16 PM.

but we can never expect the prices sa US to be the same sa ato. so its always better not to look at those prices. masuya raka! hahahaha!
i dont like palit. i will never buy their products.. sorry but their 3 fan design sucks for me.. IMO lang. its better to invest kaysa mag mahay in the end

Not comparing asus and palit. No plans of getting either brand also. Ako lang gipakita ang trend sa pricing sa Asus which was questioned in the previous pages using Palit as base point. Anyway IMO, above 16k for the GTX 660Ti strips its performance value looking at reveiws. Best bang for the buck for me is still the Zotac GTX 670 AMP Edition at 18.6k.
