Diet+Exercise and more importantly patience it will not go away in a matter of days or months it will take years&hard work jud I know co'z I did loose my belly fat in almost 2 years......

OnT: kung gusto kag instant, try a tummy trimmer..e search lang sa eBay..kung gusto ka magka abs, try the abs-sculptor..
doing sit-ups, crunches, or any other stomach exercises will NEVER give you 6 pack abs or even flat abs. What you need to do are compound exercises, and you don't even have to work your butt off everyday at the gym. 2-3x a week, 30-45mins max will do the trick. And yes, you need to make some modifications to your existing diet, in order to boost your metabolism as well.
Above all, you need determination and willpower.
