Hi guys just wondering if there's an organization out there that helps promote the development or maybe support art and literature or culture here in cebu? Just think that its something that could help budding artists

There's a few. There's Bathalad, a group of Cebuano poets writing poems in Cebuano. Here's their site: kabisdak Mike Obenieta handles that. The Faigao writing workshop. I think Sir Resil Mojares is part of that. And the group of Cebu women's writers called WILA. Most newspaper writers and artists are into arts and literature, especially Cebuano literature. So inquire at Sun.Star, Superbalita, Cebu Daily News, Freeman, etc. Sir Simeon Dumdum is a renowned poet.
