iPhone 3GS iOS 5.1.1 upgrade.. need help/advice :)

i recently upgraded ako iPhone 3GS from 4.1 to 5.1.1 iOS.... it seems nga upgrading was successful but i have one issue: "No Service".... dli madetect ako sim, na try na nko two sim cards from different metworks.. i need help or advice how to resolve this heheheh..i already watched/read fixes but wla man ni work

old bootrom akong 3GS
iTunes ako gamit pgdload iOS 5.1.1
iactivated using latest nga redsnow pag jailbreak
baseband 06.15 ...
already tried ultrasnow fixer 5.1.1, did not work..

do i need to downgrade iPad baseband?

your help/advice is much appreciated..
