ako kai add ko 10lbs every 3-4 weeks. pag abot certain weight ni give out na gyud ako neck og back
wa na ka kaya. or duda ko the position was wrong or technique or something like that.
resistance exercise? cardio nako 30min a day. paspas nga walk. mga 6.5-7 speed then gradient 6.5-12.5
cant run kai hubakon. then ang other days lain cardio machine nga naay step with the arms moving. not sure what its called. sa ka dugay na nakog gym. i should know it but i dont hehe.
im not sure how i got the neck sprain. i just did what i always done. the day after, i got sick. my neck was pretty stiff and arms became weak. i became weak. everything i did after that was causing strain on my neck and back. i think it had to do with the pectorial machine. but i really cant say for sure.
