    Ako pud TS ga adjust pud ko ani..shifting pajud every month so mag cge ka adjust ug monthly tapos in weekend mu adjust napud ko kay mu back to normal life mn kay na a mga lakaw..etc etc..

    Ako buhat nlng kay atleast maka pa singot ko every weekend. (jog, tennis, alsa2x sa balay) fruits like (banana, apple) then as much as possible i dont drink any soda, kana sweeteneded juices, or ice team kung weekdays tubig lng...but kung weekends na a mnjud mga lakaw2x..dira rako mag inum ug kana mga soda..etc (no beer) then kina impt kay Vit C tablet ug centrum or rogin-e or any vitamins will do basta vitamins.

    nice, pero dili kaayo ko anang Centrum lahi ug effect sa ako-a, bitaw dali rako ma horny, lolz, weird effect sa ako ang centrum...

    get enough sleep, could be 5 hrs, 8 hrs.. depende sa imo lawas..

    Magpa executive check-up sad ko, just to really check and run through over my system, if wala pay na-unsa... hehehhe hopefully everything is okay and healthy.

    Brad, e try daw og hinay imu pace.. Pangitaa imu pace nga maka sugakod ka og 5 to 6 rounds..
    naa ko atoy nabasahan na kung mag lakaw ka og 1km and mu jog ka og 1km kay same ra og calories ang ma burn..

    Gawas kung mag ambak2x ka eg jog nimo, or ma over nimo ang imu lihok eg jog. Kana nuon kay additional energy consumption nahh..

    Pero normal jog for lets say 1km, and normal walk for 1km kay same ra sila og calories na ma burn..

    So if mag jog ka pangitaa ang gi kusgon nga kaya ra nimo. Ayaw pag sunod sa uban nga mga hanas na, nga pas2x na sila.. Slowly magka anam man pud kag ka paspas ana..

    For adults: 7.5-9 hours of sleep ang kailangan kung di mo ganahan mgka sleep deprivation.


    Para sa katong nagtrabaho unya ang tulog kay less than 7 or 5 hours per day kay good luck nalang ninyo.. Mahibaw-an ra nya na ninyo
