Im planning to let it rent for students (FEMALE ONLY) or professionals (MALE OR FEMALE) who can at least last for a 6 months contract. IF your planning not to continue within that 6 months contract, do please notice us 3 months in advance so we can find a replacement because if you immediately leave within the 6 months contract, half of your deposit will be deducted. Any property damage or broken by the occupant will be deducted from the 1 month deposit. Drinking Alcoholic beverages is ok, but smoking inside the room is not allowed.
The condo is finished with tile flooring and bathroom fixtures. Retail establishments such as a convenience store and a coffee shop will occupy the first floor, and the building comes with one level of basement parking but for my unit i didnt buy a parking lot space.
