communication skills importante para dako chance ma hire sa call center bisan wlay prior call center experience. good communication skills is not necessarily acquired through call center work. daghan man tenured agents na sayop gihapon grammar and pronunciation (apil na ko ani. lol)

ang importante ana TS bisan dili kaayo ka fluent basta if mag english dili sad katong "Carabao English" og "uhmm" to the nth level ba..try and try lang TS if wala juy modawat nimo nga call center (imposible na pod uie) then dili jud ni para nimo, ngita na lang lain ma applyan or gamita ang imong course![]()
