sis ayaw undangi og reklamo kung dili ka ma satisfied sa ilang service...kay pwed na sila ma daot sa ilang gibuhat...like sa akong kaila na grabe kaayo masuko basta batig service "sungohon gud ang operator" about to sa unlimited internet issue....FIGHT for iT!

naa man jud na hidden charges., as to share a load thing., on top jud na sa consumable nimo..miski ang internet access., unless stated sa imohang pwede ma avail.

As a consumer, it is your responsibility pud to ask questions like this and that., kay kung dili ka mag ask, dili man pud ka nila sultian sa other charges....

Face it, it's the world of sales and marketing.., if u'll act so naive, then you'll be fooled easily..if u act smart..then they'll know how to handle you

this is what happened :

before pa ko ne apply, i made some queries sa sun shop SM, Ayala ug katong Sun agents na mi-adto sa amo company about this ''fully consumable option'' sa ila regular 350..cla tanan mi ingon jud na pwde mag give-a-load without having additional charges...

now, nga activated na ako postpaid sim..nag give-a-load daun ko sa ako sun int'l sim text2 and tawag2 daun ko sa relatives abroad para ma consume naku ang 350 consumable load...

resulta: all those give-a-load transactions additional charges d,i sya on top of the 350- worst ila geregister ako plan sa UNLI-klaro man ta kaau ako ge checkan na box 'consumable'.

so, i contacted customer service ug gereklamo nako....mao to ni-ana sya ''all give-a-load transaction echarge jud d,i on top of my monthly 350''. mao to ni-ana ko,,if sakto palang ang information na gehatag nako sa ilaha staff, then ni-choose na unta kog fixed load plan - daun ni ask ko if pwd ba mu switch ug plan from regular to fixed load plan...d pajud pwd,,now, im stuck with the plan na dli naku magamit.. paet!

guys, if you have experience something like this please do share..

any suggestions as to what to do best in this situaiton will be appreciated..

hinuon ako wala paka kasuway kay ang mga info na ako e fill up kay ako man gud basahon ug tarong then after nako ug fill up sa form ako pa jud e double check para sure ball jud....

nah naa koy extra charges from 2474 ACME Mobile sa akong SUN Postpaid.. moabot ug P600+ (for 3mos) tanan.. akong gitawgan ang SUN niingon ko nga wa gyud ko ni subscribe ana, under investigation pa daw..

nah naa koy extra charges from 2474 ACME Mobile sa akong SUN Postpaid.. moabot ug P600+ (for 3mos) tanan.. akong gitawgan ang SUN niingon ko nga wa gyud ko ni subscribe ana, under investigation pa daw..

May I know what happen to the investigation? Actually, I am a victim myself. This morning lang jud nako nahibaw an. I was charged P3,800 + my plan na 699 for 1 month! And worst is the only answer Sun Shop Dumaguete staff can give me is that, "mogawas ra gyud na sya mam, randomly, and once you subscribe sige sige na na sya." shock gyud ko sa akong upcoming bill. It's all because of this Binbit 2474, and I don't even know where it came from and how I got it. Warning to all! When you get to receive a message from 2474, do not open it, go directly to the network's office and have it blocked. I just did today.... Too late though.
