flag football is a fun sport. not as much contact as in the nfl. but this upcoming tournament is 9 on 9 with full downfiled blocking. its gonna b rougher than the past seasons. but its a helluva game. everybdoy should try it. doesnt matter if you have never played before. its easy to learn. if u wanna see some teams practice at camp lapulapu sunday a 3pm. they are holding try outs too i think. pyro and the flamingos are the teams usually there along with their female squads.

yes they do! And many other athletes and well known personalities in cebu play flag football.

A big WELCOME to the Sherdogs and the Prawns. They are the CFFL's newest men's teams. :mrgreen:

The new 9 on 9 men's season starts on March 17th. The women's 9 on 9 season will start a couple of weeks later.

Everyone is invited to the CFFL Season 8 9on9 Kick Off party at Paseo tomorow March 10, 2007 8pm. The womens and mens Nationals will be shown and the drawing of lots will also be done.
