as of today, wala pa'y school ang parkour ngare. pero naay activie individual or group na mo tudlo ngari sa sugbo.

When I was young, in my 3 - 8 years, I was doing similar things they now call Parkour. It was natural for me to jump from heights of 20 to 30 feet, climb, and run like lizard I was the butt of jokes among the neighborhood kids which pushed me to become a loner. The talent became useful later in the life I chose by blind pride.

But, in essence, I feel this mysterious feeling of being capable to overcome obstacles like fences and walls.

That was in my distant past though...

Yeah, it was later called parkour. But parkour is not only a physical thing. Something in it that keeps me training.

Parkour is compose of hard work, determination, courage, and lots of confidence.
