usjr doesn't own the lot...end of story...there's a plan to have one campus in tc but as of this writing it still remains a plan...an oval is also being constructed at tc...part of the plan is to make the downtown campus (main campus) a heritage site...

my share of story :

sometime in 1960 USC borrowed money from USJR for their school development, most probably the guarantee was the lot.
where did USJR get the money for loan ? USJR is one of the biggest share holder of San Miguel Corp.
