slumber Ts, sleeping habits, dont drink tea, coffee. just milk, and other dairy product, then eat healthy, and sleep alot. if no be a couch potato increase carb intake, daghan kan-on, ayaw trust ana mga tambal ug suplement, mka daot na sa kidney. eat natural lang
