if hourly ang job na inyo makuha, di na cya mascam kay automatic man na nga ideduct sa ila credit card per hour ang inyo bayad. If fixed price, naa chance na mascam kay discretion na sa employer if kanus-a mo bayran. I suggest if fixed price inyo applyan kay magbutang mo ug upfront payment, akoa kay usually 50% sa total amount kay pabayran na nako before pa ang work.

For snap shots, most of the employers do not require snapshots via webcam especially if di ka mudeclare nga naa ka webcam. If way activity sa imo compture for the snapped time, di na cya bayad. Naa choice ang emplloyer bayran imu idle time or dili.

if ongoing ang contract, when do you receive and give feedbacks? inig ka human sa contract? what if hourly ang contract?

you will receive feedback when the contract is ended, you and your employer will be asked for the feedback.. however, if the contract remains inactive (meaning you don't receive any task from your employer) for a long period of time (maybe 2 months), Odesk will end the contract automatically

Di pud nako e stop.. wa man nako e enable ang webcam snap shot wa man ko girequire.. kung mangihi lang ka paabot na lang na mo take ug snap shot din mangihi dayon kag dali-dali.. hahaha.. mga 5 mins pa na before mo take ug usab
