Taga lapu2x ko hehe, layo sad. Try na lng siguro nako reformat. Naa ko mga nabasahan via google, wala kuno na uninstall ang previous drivers.

Guru3D - Driver Sweeper
use ana bro, un.install imo previous amd drivers, nya restart nya boot into safe mode tas use ana driver sweeper, e click box sa ati or amd display nya click analyze daun clean, tas restart, daun install daun sa imo new video drivers.. check if naa ba improvements.. hope it helps..
