    Kung duna lng unta Political will ang Central ug Local Government masulbad ra unta ang flooding sa Metro Manila ang problema kay wala ultimo coordination sa projects wala case in point ang DPWH nag re asphalting sa mga major roads didto ang ka amaw hasta manhole g-apil ug tabon wala gani markahi sa mga kanahan unson man pag limyo sa taga MMDA nga wala naman sila katultol asa ang mga manhole?Dia pa mga squatter nga g tolerate lang sa taga Local government naa mamoyo ilawon sa mga bridge or daplin sa sapa natural ila jud himo on basurahan ug CR ang sapa dapat paghitabo pa lng sa Ondoy g relocate na sila apan sad to say Lip service ra gihimo hangtod krn naa lng sila ghapon dha.Ang mga sapa ug ang Manila Bay sad unta kai mabaw nmn kaayo ila unta na g dredge kai arun mo lawom ineg baha dli ayo mka awas apan wala ghapon na gihimo ambot ni ato Goverment reactionary man kaayo mo lihok na lng ug naa ng problema imbes na mag anticipate ang gihimo hinuon ni Pnoy pa impeach ni Corona pang gukod ni GMA imbes nga atubangon ang mga nag unang problema sa nasod hahay.........

    i'm here in manila right now and gi baha mi... for heaven's sake this is nobody's fault... it's been raining here for almost 2 weeks straight?! what do you expect? floods and swolen rivers of course?!

    Heavy rain is not something new in Philippines yet time and time again we are caught off-guard and no matter how severe the last "calamity" nobody addresses the fundamental flaws in water management. Why do we sit around waiting for the next disaster? Corrupt leaders have cheated the nation out of millions, maybe even billions of dollars which could and should have been spent on infrastructure. These people have blood on their hands as do the idiots who keep reelecting them.
