I'm getting married to a foreigner, he's in the US Army. I understand he needs a paper signed by his commander. Pero unsa pamay lain kinahanglan? Civil wedding man amo plano prolly beach wedding or something bsta simple ra ako gusto.. gamay rag bisita.. Sakto ranang $3,500? Judge man akong uncle so pwede ra siguro if siya mu kasal namo. Unsa may angay hikayon daan before siya mu ari? He prolly has more or less a month to stay, enough ra na sa preparations sa papers? HELP!..

inorder for you to get a Marriage License...u nid the ff: NSO Birth Certificate, Pre-Marriage Counselling Cert., CENOMAR, Barangay Cert./Clearance (stating years of residency)

regarding sa imong partner nga foreigner...not so sure kung unsay additional reqs. ana.

Your said budget would be more than enough kung sa dox/papers lang...wlay labot sa reception.
