Wow . I have friends who are into cycling and most of them had experience minor crash when they attempt to reach for a water bottle down to their "bottle cage" . Especially when one have small arms to reach for the bottle , it is difficult to multi-task reaching for it and at the same time focusing on the driving .

my officemate's husband also had a bike crash, aside from the medal he also had a dislocated shoulder and fractured ribs as a souvenir for finishing the race.

Sir fyi, for the said ironman event, all road had vent temporarily fix just to support this event. Stop pointing fingers that it was due to road structure everything was clearly prepared. It is also part of this sports that a waiver will be signed noting that this kind of accident may happen.

they may have fixed the road in SRP,but to what extent?my friend had a simulation there and the paved roads were uneven.na asphalto lagi, pero saka og kanaug ang imo ma feel adto inig bike nmo.

you cannot blame the triathletes to nag about the road condition kay dili lalim ang g bayad nila just to join and uneven roads could break a single spoke in our rims and it would really create a problem.

wala ba kaha madisgrasya ani pormaha?
