    Swimming bro.. igo nmo tanan muscle groups lingaw pa ka langoy2x kita pa kag mga nag bikini.. then importante na pares sa tanang exercise.. DIET!! Nya para di ma misinterpret.. kanang diet nga controlled unsa imong gikaon.. dili diet nga di ka mukaon.. mao rba na sayop sa kasagaran..

    Mountain Climbing, Planking, and Elbow-Knee crunches. 20 seconds each exercise bro for 5 mins. sakit ug lisod the first time buhaton. pro grabi ka effective. Proper Diet lang sd jud.
