Thinking out of the box - leads to a different view and different approach, sometimes we get the wrong answers because we ask the wrong questions. So what has cancer story below got to do with OFW Bank. The analogy I wish to raise is that if we continue to do things the way we use to do we shall get the same results. We have to do things differently, with different objectives, with different principles and different moral values. Those doctors who approach cancer differently and being maligned by the medical profession. We need people who are willing to go out and reach out to solutions that work for the good of many not for the pocket of the few.

Kindly read through my "wish list" -, a bank that will level the playing field...those banks existing are owned by rich and super-rich. My vision is a bank owned by the "working class". We shall blend the best of all business and commercial functions - it is bank, that works like a coop, that thinks like a corporation, that functions like an ISO - manufacturing plant, that has ethical and moral principles and values-following the God of your choice. It could be called anything you want it as long as it serves the objectives of serving and supporting the working class. It is envisage to provide the real sense of security - health and financial. It has no boss except the "Big Boss". It will help you grow as it grows. It is a bank for collaboration of talents, it is a Talent Bank as well.

This Bank is not for those who want to be rich and people who prefer to stay in their comfort zone, who are already rich and healthy. Please read carefully my wish list and let us know if their is any bank in the Philippines doing that.

I worked in the middle east for almost 10 years in HVAC and Instrumentations & Controls. Worked with Maitland-Smith for almost 10 years in High-end Furniture Manufacturing. Spent some time in China and later 3 years in Singapore - . I am involved with Green Buildings - Energy Management, HVAC and Building Automation Systems. Back in the Phils. I know nothing about banks.
